1 lb box of pasta, cooked
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup frozen peas
1 large can chunk tuna in water
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
(optional) 1 cup sliced mushrooms
Preheat oven to 375.
In a skillet, cook diced onion and celery until the onion is translucent.
Add frozen peas.
Combine the mayonnaise, milk, and cream of mushroom soup.
Stir the onions, sauce, and tuna in with the pasta. Place in a casserole dish.
Place in oven and bake for 20-30 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Most short pasta works well in this dish, but farfalle is a personal favorite.
