1 lb salmon
(optional) Vegetables/potatoes to roast
Desired seasonings
(optional) Fresh rosemary
(optional) Large lemon
Preheat oven to 425.
Place salmon in a foil lined baking dish.
Drizle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
(Optional) Top with rosemary and lemon slices.
Fold foil across the top of the salmon, leaving room for air to circulate.
(Optional) Prep vegetables and/or potatoes (slice, season, add oil, etc.) and add to the pan (outside of the foil pouch).
Place in oven, bake for 15-20 minutes (or until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees).
