Preheat oven to 380.
Place chicken thighs in a single layer in the bottom of a baking dish, season as desired.
(Optional) Prep vegetables and/or potatoes (slice, season, add oil, etc.) and add to the pan with the chicken.
Place in oven, bake for 45 minutes (or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees).
