Simple Oven Baked Pork Chops

Details

  • Number of servings: 1 pork chop per person

  • Cook time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • Desired number of bone-in pork chops

  • (optional) Vegetables to roast

  • Desired seasonings

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 380.

  2. Place pork chops in a single layer in the bottom of a baking dish, season as desired.

  3. (Optional) Prep vegetables (slice, season, add oil, etc.) and add to the pan with the pork.

  4. Place in oven, bake for 20 minutes (or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees).
