2-4 large chicken breasts
1 jar Tostitos mild chunky salsa
1 cup rice (brown or white)
Taco seasoning
Place chicken breasts in Crockpot.
Cover with salsa and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
Fill the salsa jar 3/4 with water and pour into the bottom of the crockpot.
Cook on Low for 6-8 hours or on High for 4-6 hours.
With approximately one hour remaining, add rice and stir into liquid.
Shred chicken and serve with desired sides
This recipe is easily adaptable for any size crowd. Frozen chicken may be used, but cook time will be longer.
