Preheat oven to 380.
Place sausages in a single layer in the bottom of a baking dish.
Puncture each sausage multiple times with a sharp fork, breaking the casing.
(Optional) Prep vegetables and/or potatoes (slice, season, add oil, etc.) and add to the pan with the pork.
Place in oven, bake for 45 minutes (or until sausage reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees).
